" I’m Poornima. I have been taking yoga classes from Tanvitha Koganti for almost a year now. I haven’t come across anyone her age who is so passionate and dedicated towards YOGA as her. Her strengths as an instructor are immense. In the very first conversation she explained how beneficial yoga is for one’s wellbeing.Her belief and deep understanding of this ancient form of workout is very convincing. She is very well informed n knowledgeable about the subject. She not only makes me do the asanas (exercises)but also explains how they affect the body. Sessions are well structured n cater to my individual health needs, age n body type . The pace of the course is such that there is improvement in stamina n flexibility with each passing session. She sets goals on a monthly basis n encourages me to push myself to reach them. At the same time she makes sure I’m not demotivated or disappointed at any point. The way she commends n appreciates on achieving set goals is endearing n makes me want to do more even on a lazy day. That I think is the quality of an amazing n inspiring teacher. Thanks to her I have a better understanding of how my body works n how the mind can be tuned in order to control the body.
